AskAway Shift Check-List

The AskAway Shift Check-List has been updated with recommended web pages, a check-in list for QuestionPoint and Campfire logins and lots more tips to assist you with starting each shift!

1. Login early to both QuestionPoint and Campfire using a recommended browser (Internet Explorer v.8+ or Firefox v.4+).
2. Launch Chat in QuestionPoint and select and save the "Primary Queue: BC Academic" queue.
3. Check the QuestionPoint tabs for additional information on the current patron questions & librarians working and check-in with your colleagues in Campfire for any transfers!
