The Form Fields include additional information, thanks to the new descriptive code feature from QuestionPoint! AskAwayers have labelled many of the questions, providing us with deeper, easy-to-access information on the types of questions that learners are asking.

We received exit survey responses from these institutions: BCIT, CC, DC, KPU, LC, SC, SFU, TRU, UBC, UNBC, UFV, UVic
Below are a few of the comments we received this month. As you can see from these comments, there was a real focus on how connected, welcome and comfortable AskAwayers make users feel. Full survey results are available here.

"The librarian was super nice and she used smiley emoticons which made me feel much more connected with her. She also spoke very casually and friendly. Really easy. Great system."
- University of Victoria learner

"I really liked the online support system. It's very fast and the instructors answer your questions really fast. They supply it in a language easy to understand by everyone and are very polite. I will definitely use this option again if I have any further questions."
- BC Institute of Technology learner

"Thank you. I feel that my questions were answered and I didn't feel vulnerable asking. I will ask again if need be and let others know if they need help. Thanks"
- Thompson Rivers University learner.
