From January - December 2021, local coordinators will receive an AskAway Visibility Tip of the Month via email. Each tip includes an actionable step from the Visibility Best Practices document (and other related tips) that libraries can put into practice, with examples from participating institutions. When AskAway is visible, more students know the service exists and can access chat reference support when and where they need it.
